At PetFacePajamas, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your custom orders. If your personalized pajamas aren't a perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn and unwashed pajamas back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to the product.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
